Back in House ThumbnailA webinar on “Back in House: Why Local Governments are Bringing Services Home”

Listen to our webinar on “Back in House: Why Local Governments are Bringing Services Home,” which was held on March 15, 2017. Report co-authors (Keith Reynolds, Gaetan Royer and Charley Beresford) spoke about the challenges of contracting out services and shared their findings that 80% of the returning services in the Canadian case studies examined in the report cited cost savings. It’s part of a Canadian and an international trend that, to date, has received very little coverage.
