About Transition Guelph
The Guelph Transition City Initiative is a group of concerned and
active Guelph residents who have come together with the shared vision
of turning our city into one of Canada’s first official “Transition
Towns”, according to the model described in Rob Hopkins excellent book
"The Transition Handbook."
Our aim is to encourage other residents to become involved, offer their
own ideas and insights, and pitch in to help create a sustainable
future for ourselves, our children, and our children's children.
