B.C. falling behind Ontario in toxins reduction

B.C. lags behind Ontario in providing legislation and strategies to reduce exposure to toxic chemicals. The province of Ontario is bringing in legislation to reduce toxic chemical use, and Toronto already has a "Community Right to Know" bylaw, where residents are provided with information on potential environmental and health hazards in their communities.
