Daycare Serving BC's Poorest Forced to Dump Kids

Funding cuts to the Phil Bouvier daycare centre in the Strathcona neighbourhood has left vulnerable inner-city children without adequate support and early learning opportunities. This crisis highlights the provincial system's failure to accommodate the special needs of inner-city children.
