Campbell cuts surgeries for British Columbians, offers them to Saskatchewan

B.C. Premier Gordon Campbell is considering welcoming patients from Saskatchewan for orthopaedic surgery, claiming that B.C. has the capacity and short wait times to do so. However, health authorities recently announced that they will cut 10,000 surgeries by the end of the year in order to save money.
