Ontario Highway vs. Growth Plan

The Save Money and Reduce Traffic (SMART) Coalition has filed a lawsuit against the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, alleging that plans to build a highway between Cambridge and Brantford contradicts the province's Growth Plan.
