Greenhouse gases rising in BC

According to Environment Canada, B.C. was the only province to report an increase in industry greenhouse gases in 2008. The majority of this increase stems from heavy industry processes such as mining, pulp and paper, petroleum, and natural gas. Energy policy consultant Chris Bataille expects emissions to increase as exploration for shale and natural gas become more popular. Read the full story in CBC News.
