Affordable Housing in Canada a Struggle

A recent study found that there is a lack of affordable housing across the country, and estimates that about 20% of Canadians struggle with mortgage or rent payments. The Conference Board argues that this results in poor health, reduced productivity and inadequate competition. The board's direction is urging governments to provide incentives to private developers to build more affordable housing units. Read the full story in CBC News.
