Good Riddance to Round-up in Esquimalt


Esquimalt’s environmental advisory committee has decided to replace Round-up with steam to rid its public sidewalks of weeds. The town doesn’t expect that using steam will cost much more than a few thousand dollars extra a year. This is the first step in a move towards a full pesticides by-law in Esquimalt.
