As leader of the Greater London Council (1981 to 1986) and Mayor of London (2000 to 2008), Ken Livingstone created some of the world’s leading environmental and social change programs including the congestion charge and several green energy policies. His experience leading progressive change offers instruction and inspiration in current times.
